What is the best part about your role?
Lauren: Making an impact on kids and being a part of their lives as they grow in Christ.
Jeremy: Getting to know, teach and learn along side a great group of crazy kids.
What event from the Bible would you like to have been present for?
Lauren: Hmmm… Noah’s Ark would have been really awesome- to see all the animals and the structure that they stayed in would have been fascinating!
Jeremy: Any of Jesus’ miracles – I can’t imagine how amazing it would be to see an instantaneous demonstration of God’s power right in front of me.
If you were an animal, what animal would you be? Why?
Lauren: Golden Retriever or Lab- it just seems logical because my husband and I are obsessed with ours! Also, they’re loyal, protective, a bit crazy at times and kind-hearted.
Jeremy: Our dog Luna – she leads a pretty incredible life full of sleep occasionally interrupted by meals and walks.
What do you count as the greatest invention of the last 100 years? Why?
Lauren: Apple products, specifically the IPod, because it has made my long commute to work more fun. What could be better than listening to Harry Potter audio books on your drive? :)
Jeremy: The internet – you can’t deny how much easier it has made our lives.
What is your favorite place on earth?
Lauren: Disney World- especially if family and friends are there with me!
Jeremy: Lounging on a warm, sunny beach with family and friends.
What makes you laugh?
Lauren: Disney Movies.
Jeremy: My wife Lauren.
What makes you cry?
Lauren: Weddings, sappy movies or TV shows, kids, my family… man I’m a sap!
Jeremy: Laughing with my wife Lauren.
If you could be on any reality television show, which one would it be?
Lauren: Top Chef.
Jeremy: Forget reality TV, I’d rather head back to the 60’s on Mad Men.
What hobbies do you enjoy?
Lauren: Hiking with Jeremy and our lab Luna!
Jeremy: I enjoy reading, traveling and hiking.
When you think of heaven what comes to your mind?
Lauren: Worshipping my Savior.
Jeremy: An indescribable party bigger and better than anything we’ve ever known.
